Annelise Van Der Pol
Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American performer and actress. She is most famous as a theatre actress and for her role as Chelsea Daniels from the Disney channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol has a Dutch background as well as being an American singer/actor best known for frequent appearances on the popular television series That's So Raven. She was featured in fourteen projects, including TV series and short videos. Shalom Sesame Divorce is one of her most notable credits. The Musical as well as That's So Raven. She has also appeared in a number of stage productions. Anneliese van der Pol - Dutch American actress and dancer - is the daughter of a Dutch national. When she was in the musical theatre van der Pol was known as Chelsea Daniels. The role is reprised in Raven's Home. Van der Pol's career includes singing and recording songs for The Walt Disney Company. 2007 was the year she had her Broadway debut and in 2009, appeared Off-Broadway. The 2010 vampire spoof Vampires Suck, directed by Jason Friedberg Aaron Seltzer featured her as the main character. van der Pol landed a part as the snarky Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel Original Series That's So Raven in 2003. She starred together with Raven-Symone Brown along with Kyle Massey. Chelsea Daniels is one of Van der Poli's most popular and most recognizable characters among adults, teenagers and kids. Her work was rewarded with critical acclaim for her abilities in portraying an outgoing and uninhibited persona that was initially viewed as impossible due to her role in more serious films earlier in her career. She had a guest role on Kim Possible as Heather. In 2006, she portrayed Heather in Kim Possible. This was the first time an actress had a voice part. In the year 2011, van der Pol guest starred as Ronnie as part of Disney Channel Original Shake It Up. For Walt Disney Records van der Pol is known for recording several songs, such as her song from the That's So Raven soundtrack theme. Also, she collaborated on that song with Raven Symone & Orlando Brown. Over It was recorded for the Disney Channel Original Movie Stuck In The Suburbs. Van der Pol was a member of Disney Channel supergroup The Disney Channel Circle of Stars With whom she recorded pop/R&B renditions of The Disney's Lion King's Circle of Life and Cinderella's The Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes, for special editions of the films. For an edition of Disneymania in 2006, van der Pol performed the Disney classic Candle on the Water. Because of her broadway performance as Belle van der Pol recorded various songs featured on the theatrical production's soundtrack including the iconic A Change in Me.
